6. Describe the Issue: I made a BTC payment, but the transaction was marked as failed due to “underpayment.”
To resolve the issue, I sent the remaining amount (and even slightly more than required). Despite this, the order has still not been completed and the situation remains unresolved. As clearly shown in the attached images, I already contacted support and was told that the issue would be resolved. However, since then I have received no further response or update.
