One approach I've been exploring is keeping the core business lean and bringing in specialists when a project requires them.
For example:
1. Find a specific business problem.
2. Validate that customers will pay to solve it.
3. Build the smallest useful solution.
4. Outsource specialist work when necessary.
5. Reinvest revenue into growth.
AI makes research and prototyping easier, but customer acquisition and execution still matter.
I'm building BrandForge around this combination of AI tools and human specialists.

If you were starting from zero today, which business would you build first?
