Scammers like this often provide fake proof and then pressure you to pay — threatening to cancel the refund or block your account if you refuse.
 
This kind of fraud is common in the community. Never trust indirect evidence. You can only be sure a refund was successful when you see the money in your account or log in and confirm it yourself.
 
A legitimate service will always agree to use a trusted middleman. Stay cautious!
