- Disputes without sufficient evidence will be ignored and closed.
- Attempts to manipulate evidence will result in a **permanent ban**.

📌 Evidence Requirements 📌
- Screenshots must be **uncropped** and **unedited**.
- All transactions **must** include a TXID or proof of payment.
- If using Discord, **enable Developer Mode** and provide the full User ID of the scammer.
- Video evidence is highly recommended for disputes involving non-receipt of items or service-related scams.
- Providing fake evidence or lying in a dispute will result in a **permanent ban**.

- Lack of solid proof.
- Posting on behalf of another user.
- Disputes about **non-marketplace** related matters (e.g., personal drama).
- Disputes based on verbal agreements with no supporting evidence.
- Attempting to use a seller's Terms of Service as a way to invalidate a scam report (ToS may be ignored at admin discretion).
🔎 How to Ensure a Successful Resolution 🔎
- Be **clear and concise** when explaining your issue.
- Avoid unnecessary arguments and **stick to the facts**.
- Respond to staff questions **quickly and directly**.
- If you reach an agreement with the seller, **update the thread** immediately.
- Do **not** spam staff about your dispute; it will be handled in order.
