Before I fund a project, I want the work split into deliverables I can inspect. I’d agree what is included, what is excluded, who supplies content or access, how changes are handled, and how acceptance works.
For a larger job, milestones make the conversation more concrete: deliver something reviewable, approve it, then move to the next stage. That doesn’t remove every risk, but it makes expectations visible before money moves.
I’ve published BrandForge’s actual terms so buyers can read the workflow rather than rely on a sales pitch. Always read the terms of whichever service you choose.
I put the relevant page here: https://brandforge.gg/terms
