Incase its not obvious already to those reading.

1. You Register With Your Information . 
2. You Claim the 10-14$ on the account.
3. You goto "account settings" and change your email directly in the account
4. Money is automatically accepted.
5. You repeat this , until PayPal wont let you change emails again.
7.. You can now transfer balance to debt or another PayPal depending how you verified. *this shouldnt require ID at all*
8. close the PayPal account, it tells you "You can register for another PayPal in the future if you decode to come back"" or something like that.
9. Open a new PayPal, with a new email, with Your real info.
10. Repeat.

It takes apron 5-6 minutes on mobile phone to do this.

realistically can claim upwards of 60$ per hour - assuming you average 1 account every 10 minutes at least.

easily can do more, but for most, 60-120$ is what to expect to do in a hour. 60 without much effort, 120 with effort, and the more effort the more accounts you  can process.
